Overview
A website that sells forty bikes a year and never feels like a shop.
The brief
Kaltbach builds steel frames by hand. Their old site listed every tube and never said who they were. They wanted fewer clicks and more trust.
What we made
A build-list home page, one long page per bike, and a booking form that asks four questions. Every photo is cropped to the same ratio so the grid never wobbles.
How it went
The site launched during the spring order window. The waiting list was full within a week.
